With the help of our partners, we executed AR content into a multi-camera, multi-venue environment by fusing gameplay with interactive components. By implementing a system that provided dynamic AR for Riot Games' Valorant Masters 3 Tournament and Valorant Champions, mixed reality technology allowed global players and audiences to virtually engage through augmented components such as screens and area maps. This included immersive elements in the Map Select portion and an exclusive Zedd-featured moment. To achieve this, we partnered with stYpe for camera calibration and tracking; Bright Studios and Stage Precision for AR control of Unreal Engine, utilizing their Shield Plug-in; and Silent Partners Studio on the design and creation of the AR assets. All was accomplished under the creative direction of Jean-Baptiste Blot at Riot Games and Creative Designer, Tobias Rylander. This is the power of AR.
